I eat grilled chicken more than anything else.  If made correctly, and if you vary the seasoning and technique, you can eat griiled chicken in so many different ways and still love it.  High in protein, low in fat, and simply a solid choice.  I believe grilled chicken is the most versatile meat there is.  Eat it alone, on a salad, numerous marinades, cold, hot, it doesn’t matter.

Given the choice, I’m a dark meat guy, but I push the white meat as often as possible.  If cooked correctly, it can still be juicy and delicious.
