Come on people.  Is there anything better than a thick juicy steak?  Spoiler Alert: If you’re a steak aficionado, please don’t read this.  I will order Kobe beef and still put A1 Steak Sauce on it.  Roll your eyes, grit your teeth, I don’t care.  I quit going to a high end restaurant because they didnt have A1.  The best steak in the world tastes better with A1 Steak Sauce.  The argument I always have (and I’ve had it a lot) is the best french fries in the world taste better with ketchup.  Why is steak any different?  It’s a food that’s elevated with a condiment.

A friend that worked in a steakhouse taught me something a year ago that has been life altering.  I like my steak less cooked.  I dont want it to moo at me, but I don’t want it to be dry.  When I ordered medium rare, most restaurants cooked it longer than I prefered.  When I ordered it rare, it was still purple sometimes.  He taught me to order it RARE PLUS!  This tells the restaurant more specifically how you want it cooked.  It has been very successful so far.  My steaks come out perfectly juicy and not dry.  Try it some time.
