Traditional Bone-In chicken wings with original hot sauce is the only way to go.  I’m happy boneless wings with some weird sweet glaze have made headway because I can talk my wife in coming with me to eat wings and watch sports, but boneless wings are a little disgraceful to the wings family.  Only variance allowed should be garlic in addition to hot sauce or maybe unsauced.

I won’t get in the ranch vs. blue cheese debate.  I used to be solely Team Ranch, but ranch is so hit or miss at places I’ve found blue cheese is always a delightful skunky dressing for wings and salad.  I’m not sure why ranch varies so much and blue cheese doesn’t, but I order both art new restaurants because of it.  I will say the best ranch on the planet is better than blue cheese, but not trying to start any wars here.

I will try wings anytime a restaurant offers them.  It’s like salsa at a Mexican food restaurant.  I have to try it.
